The three pillars that define every project we undertake. No compromises. No surprises. Just exceptional fitness spaces built right.
In the construction industry, it is commonly said that you can have quality, speed, or low cost — but only two of the three. At Fitmanz, we challenge that assumption through intelligent sourcing, specialist expertise, and a refined build process that eliminates waste.
Our MQC framework is the structured approach we apply to every project, ensuring premium-quality fitness centers are delivered at genuinely competitive prices — without shortcuts.
Every material used in a Fitmanz build is selected based on performance data, durability ratings, and fitness-specific suitability. We work with certified European suppliers to ensure consistent quality and reliable lead times.
Commercial-grade rubber flooring (8–20mm) for free-weight zones. Anti-fatigue foam for stretching areas. Hardwood sprung floors for studio and HIIT spaces. All materials are EN 14904 compliant.
Load-bearing steel frameworks rated for suspended equipment. Reinforced concrete slabs for heavy equipment areas. All structural elements comply with DIN EN 1090 and relevant Eurocode standards.
Shower rooms, changing areas, and pool surrounds demand specialized materials. We use ceramic and porcelain tiles with anti-microbial grout, and waterproofing systems rated to DIN 18195.
High-performance mechanical ventilation is critical in fitness environments. We specify and install HVAC systems sized for exercise-zone air changes, humidity control, and energy efficiency.
LED lighting systems designed for fitness environments — high-CRI colour rendering, glare management, and smart dimming controls. Compliant with EN 12464-1 for sports and fitness facilities.
Sound insulation between group exercise studios, weight rooms, and adjacent spaces is essential. We use tested mineral wool, resilient bars, and mass-loaded vinyl to meet required dB reduction targets.
Quality assurance at Fitmanz is not a final inspection — it is a process embedded at every stage of design, procurement, and construction.
All designs are reviewed against intended use, load specifications, and building regulations before procurement begins. CAD drawings are validated against structural engineer sign-off for all load-bearing modifications.
All materials sourced carry CE marking and relevant EN/DIN certifications. Supply chain documentation — certificates of conformity, material data sheets, and test reports — is maintained for every project.
Stage inspections are carried out at key milestones: foundations, structural framing, MEP rough-in, and final fit-out. Any non-conformances are documented and resolved before the next stage is approved.
Prior to handover, a comprehensive snagging list is produced and all items resolved. We provide a full project folder including as-built drawings, material certificates, warranties, and maintenance guidance.
Fitmanz does not offer paid services or transact through this website. All cost information provided here is purely educational and informational.
Every enquiry receives a line-by-line cost proposal covering design, materials, labour, project management, and contingency. There are no combined lump-sum figures that obscure where money is spent.
Fitmanz buys materials directly from manufacturers and certified distributors, bypassing unnecessary intermediary margins. These savings are passed directly to our clients.
Where budgets are constrained, our team identifies alternative materials or construction methods that preserve performance while reducing cost — never sacrificing the specifications that matter.
